CIO Reg. no. 1153607
The "about us" section describes our work and organisation.
Become a Voting Member
Membership is free but members are the shareholders in the charity. They meet at the AGM and other occasions to monitor and guide our work; and they elect the trustees.
Residents who want to attend the AGM and guide our work can become members - enquire by email.
Become a Trustee
Trustees share full responsibility for the affairs of the charity. We currently have four and need up to eight more. Your skills would be called for at least seven hours per month by phone and email and in attending six or more meetings per year. To find out more email.
Join a Committee
Trustees delegate their detailed work to committees which meet monthly. At least one trustee is present and anyone with relevant knowledge and skills can be co-opted.
The current committees are: Policies (standards and procedures); Business and Finance; and Operations. If you have the time and skills to assist any of these, please email.
Our activities - especially to provide affordable and high quality Day Care - are in constant need of volunteers and funds. Please help us to care for the elderly.
